Post Secondary Readiness Planning (PSRP) is a free 10-week Saturday morning program for 8th and 9th graders. PSRP prepares youth for high school by teaching life skills that make academic success more likely.

There is an alarming dropout rate among youth in Detroit and major cities before they begin high school. PSRP addresses issues that contribute to this rate andgives students psychological tools to deal with those issues during this vulnerable time in their lives.

PSRP serves 120 Detroit students each year. There is also a PSRP parental program that serves 60 parents and which meets at the same time and place.
